Gift Certificates, T-Shirts, laundry soap, aerial maps, disposable cameras and other items are available at the office.

Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-in time is 3:00 PM and Check-out time is 11:00 AM
Optional late check out time of 2:00 pm upon availability for $20.00 fee.

Cancellation and Early Departure Policy
To avoid a penalty charge, all reservations must be cancelled within the following guidelines:
During December to April - 14 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty of 1 night plus tax
During May to November - 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of 1 night plus tax
Long Term Stay of 7 nights or longer - 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of 25% for total stay billing
Due to our limited capacity cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a very strict cancellation policy.

Telephones
To dial an outside line 9 + the number.
To dial another room direct 2 + room number. To dial cottage # 2, dial 202.
For your convenience, telephone service is provided. You are required to either leave a phone deposit or a credit card with the Front Office to activate the phone services!
A charge of $.75 per call will apply to all calls made on our phone lines. For long distance calls, an additional $.25 per minute will apply and for overseas calls a charge of $2.00 per minute will apply.

Parking
Parking is for registered guests only. Please display your parking permit on your dash or rear view mirror. No parking is allowed on the grass at any time. Boat trailers must be moved to our north lot. All visitors must park across the street or on the north lot. These few rules are strictly enforced.
